Cost: £20 per hour for 3 tables split between members


Table tennis is one of the funniest & most sociable ways to keep your brain & body young & supple. A quick search through google will convince you - It “activates multiple brain areas – engages the prefrontal cortex for strategic planning, the hippocampus for memory & the cerebellum & frontal lobes for motor control & co- ordination”.
I haven’t even got to what it does for your body yet, but I’ll leave you to google it. So why wouldn’t you join this new group?
John Hough & myself have got the u3a a super deal for September & if it’s a success further into the year.
We have the use of the room with 3 tables at £20 per hour, so sign up, bring your u3a chums or make some new ones there. The more come the cheaper it gets & the more competitive you can be.
